Exhausted, mentally, physically, and interpersonally. I'm practically counting down the hours until my last final. Come May 4 I will be almost completely finished! My first final is Monday, and I don't expect it to be too difficult. It's on business and show management, as well as a section on good investment practices. Wednesday is my final on Fundamentals Theories of Riding, and I am a little concerned about it, but overall I expect to score in the 80s. Thursday morning is the second half of my nutrition final, and I'm more worried about that one. It is on toxic plants, and normal/abnormal behaviors of horses. The behvaior part I think I will do fine with, but there are 16 different plants to not only memorize how they look, but common names, what they do to a horse, and how to help your horse (if possible). Thursday at noon I have to give my senior thesis presentation. I have it pretty much planned out, the hard part right now is just making sure my slides look alright, and that I get the timing right. It has to be between 18-22 minutes, no more, no less.

On Friday night, I went to see my school's rendition of Young Frankenstein. One of my friends was in the chorus. It was an absolute riot, and I loved every second! My favorite song was the one where Frau sings about how the original Frankenstein was her boyfriend. The actress did a phenomenal job and had the entire audience in stitches through the whole song. The whole musical was hilarious from start to finish, and I am debating on going to see it again next weekend.

On Saturday I spent a good portion of the afternoon volunteering at the horse show we were hosting. The show was Intercollegiate Dressage Nationals. I handled two horses for the show, Twist and Desposito. They had me with Twist because he gets very aggressive when you go to saddle him, but I've been working with him on it for two years now, and he is getting better for me. He did ok during the show. The first girl who rode him started off ok, but she wasn't using her outside aids well, so as she came around a corner of the arena, right in front of the judge, Twist stepped on the railing. He did well and idn't miss a beat, but as soon as the girl came out of the ring she got super upset about it. I mean yes, he doesn't always know where his feet are, but as the rider it is your job to make sure he puts them where you want them to be, anyway. Still, it was a minor mistake, nothing to get that worked up about, but she did end up last i her clss because of it. His second rider scored third in their class and, aside from an attitude problem, wasn't too bad. After Twist was taken care of and put away, I handled Desposito for two more riders. He was good, if a bit tired. His first rider did well, I thought, but I don't know how she placed. I don't know how the second girl placed, either, but I really hope she got last in their class. She was yanking on the poor horse's mouth the ENTIRE ride and was complaining about him. She even back-talked her coach! She was the definition of a dressage queen in training, and she was riding in the lowest level class... Spoiled brat.

Tonight, my friend had an online book party thing. It was through Usborne Books. It's like Tupperware parties, but on Facebook. I found it super weird, fast-paced, and a little difficult to keep up with, but it was also a lot of fun! The books are mainly for kids up to early teens. There are some really cool books, too. There are ones to help younger kids learn about coding. There are even books to teach kids how to be an archtiect! I think my favorite was the Shine-A-Light series. It is designed so that you read it with a flashlight, and put the light behind pages to reveal cool pictures on each page.

One more week! I feel like I am stressing a lot, but yet I also feel like I'm not. I don't know, it's difficult to explain. I'm not actually freaking out, but I feel like I want to be?

TV Shows: I started Friends. That's how much I have gone through on Netflix. I looked up shows people have recommended, but Netflix doesn't carry them. They seem to have less and less variety as they used to be. So far, it's ok. I'm halfway through season 2, but only a handful of episodes have actualy made me laugh. I really didn't care for the immadiate "baby daddy" arc or the monkey thing, so I was kind of glad when they sent the monkey to the zoo. As for the baby, at least they don't bring it up in every episode.

My friend subjected me to the first several episodes of Girlboss, and I have to say that I did not care for it in even the slightest, tiniest, miniscule-est little bit. The biggest factor to me not liking it is the main actress. I cannot stand that girl at all. She annoys me. A lot. In every way. I think with a different lead actress I my have enjoyed it at least a little bit, but overall I didn't care for it.

I have been a fan of The Munsters since I was in my early teens. I absolutely love the show. So much. I remember the announcement that there was going to be a modern adaptation of the show, but I never got the chance to watch it. I remember being heartbroken that they only ever made the pilot episode and immediately called it quits because they "didn't know where to go" with it.The othr day, my friend and I found the pilot episode of Mockingbird Lane online and watched it. I LOVED IT!!! I mean, I was sad Eddie didn't have a Woof-Woof doll, and I was a bit weirded out by the whole pet dragon thing at the end. Overall, though, I absolutely loved it!!! Maybe now that Netflix is big on making its own shows and rebooting old favorites they may pick it up and try again.

Here is to a great week, everyone!
