My drive was safe and successful!
My day was pretty dull. Went to the barn around 11 with Dragon Age Girl. I needed to find horses with examples of different blemishes. Essentially, it meant a lot of up and down, and strain on my knees. I have a genetic condition that pretty much means that I have had arthritis in my knees since I was born. After about the twelfth horse my right knee finally decided to give up. It's been acting up all day, but slowly getting better. When I got back, I cleaned up my room and made it all nice, so I can return to a nice, tidy room.
My friend and I headed out right about 5pm, and arrived at 9, right on time. The drive was dark, but nicely uneventful. We stopped at a Sheetz about halfway between here and there. She had never been to one before, so it was an exciting event, haha. They're pretty popular in my area. She likes my house and likened it to a modern adaptation of Pride and Prejudice that she loves. She also enjoyed meeting my sugar gliders, so that was fun. I like when people meet them for the first time. It's always funny, when they get along.
Anyway, not much to report for today. Excited for the book fair tomorrow!
